Women Brains

As the theme in TIG now is women rights, I've decided to write these things I knew about the brain of women. I have known that from a lecture I attended a few months ago.
The brain of most females differs from in some anatomical respect from most men. In general, females can perform and serve as well as males, and often with a lack of hunger for power, authority and might that are often present in males. Females generally have more communication nerve paths between the logical and emotional hemisphere, which enables them to have a wider perspective with decision making. In addition, women, probably due to their life-giving power, have longer perspective in reviewing long-term consequences of actions.
Here are some facts about the specialties of females' brains:
• Grey matter is thicker in women's brains
• They have nerve fibres across the 2 hemispheres of the cerebrum more common than men
• Studies on IQ (intelligence quotient) have shown that more women have high to median intelligence power than men. (check the graph)
• Women have language centres in both hemispheres while men only have in one hemisphere.
These capabilities enable women to do different things at a time, while if a man is, for instance, talking in the phone and someone comes to ask him about something, he is totally disturbed. Isn't that right? :)
Despite all these abilities, women are still, unfortunately, abused in 3rd world countries. Look at this horrible statistic. Women do 80% of work in agricultural arena, and yet they receive 10% of income!

A microscopic hoiday

Today at 2 pm I, virtually, fnished my exams for the first term after about three weeks of stress and studying. I'm now 'enjoying' my mid-year vacation which will end, by the way, tomorrow at 9 am. Pretty long, ha? I wonder how I'm going to spend all this time!
